XS deposits and withdrawals are made from the client area using methods in your own name. XS charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, and withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours.
XS deposit methods, minimum deposits and processing times
XS's official funding page lists methods such as Japanese domestic bank transfer, bitwallet and Peska, which differ from the help-centre article this page is based on. Check yen deposit methods and minimums on the deposit screen in the client area.

How to request an XS withdrawal
- 01Check that identity verification is approved
Look at the verification status in the profile section of the client area.
- 02Choose the withdrawal method and amount
Use a destination in your own name. Enter an amount at or above the method's minimum and within your free margin.
- 03Submit the request
The request is held as pending and usually processed within 24 hours, including weekends.
- 04To cancel, use the transaction history under Funds
You can cancel a pending withdrawal request from the transaction history in the Funds section of the client area.
Rules to keep in mind for XS deposits and withdrawals
- Own name only. You cannot use third-party methods for deposits or withdrawals.
- Complete identity verification first. Withdrawals require verification to be complete (see the verification documents).
- Check the bonus conditions before you withdraw. Withdrawing or moving funds before the trading conditions are met removes all of the credit (see how to receive the bonuses).
The official help center withdrawal page does not state a rule requiring withdrawal by the same method as the deposit (checked 26 October 2026). Follow the options and conditions shown on the withdrawal screen in the client area.
If you cannot withdraw from XS or a withdrawal is refused: what to check, in order
- Check that identity verification shows as 'approved' in the profile section of the client area.
- Check that the withdrawal destination is in your own name (withdrawals to third parties are not allowed).
- Check that you meet the minimum for the method you chose (bank transfer 250 dollars, card 5 dollars and so on).
- Check that your free margin, after subtracting the margin required for open positions, is at least the withdrawal amount.
- Check that you are not withdrawing before the bonus trading conditions are met (the credit is removed).
- If it is still not resolved, contact support by live chat or email (support@xs.com) following the notice in the client area.
Conditions change by account, country of residence and time, so the official information shown during registration takes priority.
