The official XS login page is my.xs.com. XS has two logins: the client area for managing your account, and MT4/MT5 for trading. The client area uses your registered email and password; MT4/MT5 use the trading account ID, password and server name.
XS official login page (client area)
The official XS login page is my.xs.com. Log in with your registered email address and password to reach the client area, where you manage your account.
Go to the official XS site (log in or open an account)
- Save the bookmark on the official domain (xs.com).
- Do not enter through links in emails or social media. Use your bookmark or type the address.
- Check that the login page URL is on the official domain and shows the padlock icon.

※ The trading account password and the client area password are separate. MT4 and MT5 accounts are also issued separately, so enter the account details that match the platform you use.
Logging in to the XS client area
- 01Open the XS official site login page
Enter your registered email address and password.
- 02If you set up two-factor authentication, enter the code
The official help center recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account.
- 03Check your verification status in the profile section
Once it shows as approved, you can move on to deposits, withdrawals and issuing a trading account (see the verification documents).
Logging in to MT4 and MT5 (MetaTrader)
- 01Check your trading account in the client area
Note the trading account ID, password and server name issued when you chose an account type (see the account type comparison).
- 02Install MT4 or MT5
Use the same app as the platform the account was issued on. Cent and VIP accounts are MT5 only.
- 03Enter the details under 'Login to trade account'
Enter the login number, password and server name to connect. If you cannot connect, check that you picked the right server name and have not mixed up MT4 and MT5.
What to do if you cannot log in to XS
- Forgot your password: use 'Forgot your password?' on the login page and reset it with your registered email address.
- 'Invalid username or password': you are using the wrong email address or password. Review what you entered and reset it if needed.
- Cannot access your registered email: contact support by live chat or email (support@xs.com).
- Received a reset email you did not request: do not open the link, contact support and enable two-factor authentication.
