What to do after registering with XS

STEPS

Follow these steps in order

1. STEP1

   Log in to the client area

   Use your registered email address and password. Identity verification, deposits and issuing trading accounts all start here.

   • If you forget your password, reset it from "Forgot your password?" on the login page.

2. STEP2

   Submit your verification documents

   Submit an ID document and a proof of address in your own name, issued within the last 3 months.

   • ID document: passport, national ID card, driver's licence or residence permit. In colour, within its validity period, with all four edges visible.
   • Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement and similar. Issued within the last 3 months and in your own name.
   • Submit from the Profile section of the client area. The approval email usually arrives within 2 to 5 minutes.
   • If rejected, fix the document following the reason in your inbox and resubmit from the same place.

3. STEP3

   Check the bonuses

   Completing verification gives you the ¥5,000 account opening bonus. The deposit bonus has conditions.

   • Account opening bonus, ¥5,000: given when verification is complete. For MT5 JPY accounts.
   • First deposit bonus, ¥10,000: requires a first deposit of ¥20,000 or more. Once only, for MT5 Standard accounts.
   • The credit itself cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawing requires at least 5 lots traded on the same account (valid for 60 days from the grant date).
   • Withdrawing or moving funds before the conditions are met removes all of the credit.

4. STEP4

   Make your first deposit

   Deposit by a method in your own name. XS charges no deposit fee.

   • Deposit methods: bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller and online banking.
   • Minimum deposits: bank transfer 300 USD, card 20 USD, e-wallet 15 USD.
   • Deposits are credited instantly (it can take up to 5 business days in some cases). Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
   • To receive the first deposit bonus, deposit ¥20,000 or more into an MT5 Standard account.

5. STEP5

   Start trading on MT4 or MT5

   Log in to MT4 or MT5 with the trading account ID, password and server name issued in the client area.

   • Use the same app as the platform the account was issued on.
   • "Invalid username or password" means the details were entered incorrectly. If you cannot open your registered email, contact live chat or support@xs.com.
