An XS bonus that is not reflected is one where an official condition was not met: incomplete identity verification, a deposit to an account other than the dedicated JPY MT5 account, a first deposit under JPY 20,000, a withdrawal or fund transfer, or the 60-day limit expiring.

Check the status in the profile section of the client area. If it is incomplete, submit your documents first.

In MT5, check that it is the dedicated account with JPY as its currency. Also check that you deposited to the dedicated account.
- 03Check the deposit amount and destination
Check that the first deposit was JPY 20,000 or more and went to the dedicated account.
- 04Check your withdrawal and transfer history
Check that you did not withdraw or transfer funds before meeting the conditions. Also count the days since the grant date.
