An XS deposit that is not reflected is one where the balance has not increased after the official processing time (usually 5 to 25 minutes for cards and e-wallets, 2 to 5 business days for SWIFT bank transfers, up to 5 business days).
Summary: an unreflected deposit usually comes down to 5 causes
- It is still within the processing time (SWIFT bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days, up to 5).
- The amount is below the minimum (bank transfer USD 300, cards USD 20, e-wallets USD 15).
- The deposit did not come from an account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
- Currency conversion or fees make the deposited and credited amounts look different.
- You are looking at the wrong place: the wallet or the trading account.
The help center's deposit page does not describe causes or steps for a deposit that does not show up. It tells you to contact live chat or support@xs.com if it is not resolved.

What to check when a deposit is missing (5 steps)
- 01Check whether it is within the processing time
Cards and e-wallets usually take 5 to 25 minutes. SWIFT bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days and can take up to 5 business days.
- 02Check that the amount meets the minimum
Minimums differ by method. Compare the amount on your transfer receipt with the minimums table.
- 03Check that the source is in your own name
Third-party deposits are not allowed. Check that the name on the card or account matches your XS registration.
- 04Check currency and fees
Depositing in a currency other than the account currency involves conversion. Bank or payment-company fees may also be deducted, so the credited amount can look smaller.
- 05Look at both the wallet and the trading account balances
In the client area, check both the wallet balance and each trading account balance. Sometimes you are just looking in the wrong place.
When a SWIFT bank transfer deposit is slow
- For SWIFT bank transfers, XS officially says usually 2 to 5 business days. Weekends are generally not counted as business days.
- The official pages do not define how business days are counted. Check whether counting starts the day after the request.
- Fees from your sending bank or intermediary banks may reduce the amount received.
- Once past the typical timing, contact support with the request date, method, amount and your transfer receipt.
Sending a second transfer because the first is slow makes it harder to find the cause. Tell support what happened first.
